Little thinking about SNS

  Social Networking Service aka SNS is becoming hotter since Web 2.0 and Facebook.And nowadays..we cant even call it a hot, it's everywhere, it's in our ordinary life.Everyone has a Facebook or maybe its Chinese copy Renren.

So, what i wanna think about is  what makes a social network and is there any difference Facebook-kind SNS sites make?

As the professor said in class, social network is not something new, everyone is involving in different social networking system. When u r alive,u r one member of the family social network system,go to a school, joined the local education social network, social network is a thing that forms our life.Why we felt if some city were like home, but others r just like stranger points on map, no matter how long we spent there. Because we have a lot of connections in home-city.
 We r living in different social networks, and our friendships, relations and every connections is a tunnel forms the network,what's important is that, we r kind of everyday wanna develop the network.we look forward to meet new people, to talk with different people, even to get some new relations. Just like a spider, we build our networks and everyone else does, the net becomes bigger, so that we can get more opportunities! All these connects in different domains forms a big social network called society :)

  Human are social animal, we can not live without society which is the biggest social network.So...i think that is my understanding about social network.

  Then, here comes another question, does the Web 2.0 or i can say Facebook make any difference?Well, the answer is definitely yes,with web2.0, we changed a lot in the way people interact with each other.But, when we take a deep thought,does it invent something new? actually, i dont think so,we still can chat and share with each other in the web 1.0 age. Maillist is a cool thing..but, the web 2.0 brings a new concept "service". The SNS aka Social Network Service is the really thing! Actually there is nothing new, but how to use the technology to give people a better experience when they want share or talk with friends no matter when and where.

So, here is my conclusion, social network is just some thing normally and historically in the society and our life, people get a better service in the web 2.0 age.

I was a coder and am trying not to be and i am now studying in CUHK for MscIE.

I will give more than 4 posts in this blog..

I was a part the startup ( http://42qu.com) as operation chief, in 2011.

I joined the sterno.ru for about one or two week as Python Engineer in 2012.

I worked for sohu.com in the mobile department,also as a Python Engineer in 2012.

And now, i am a freshman in CUHK(Chinese University of Hong Kong).
